Q. What are the advantages of using LMS Surveys?

Q. How does LMS Surveys work?

You simply select the type of survey your client requires (the website gives a breakdown of each of the survey types and where they should be used if you are unsure of which one would best suit your customer).

Enter your clients details onto the LMS Surveys website as prompted and select a surveyor based on cost and/or location. 

Our system automatically sends the case to the select surveyor, which they acknowledge receipt of.
The surveyor will then contact your customer and make arrangements with them.

Upon completion of the survey we will send you the introducer fee of £50.

Q. Why would your customers want a survey?

Buying a home is probably the largest investment that many people make, frequently using their savings.  Whilst all lenders undertake a mortgage valuation, this report is for the benefit of the lender and not the purchaser.  It only provides information necessary for assessing whether the property is suitable security for the mortgage.

Many questions may arise that relate to the building itself, such as:

• Are there any defects that are going to be costly to rectify?
• Do these defects affect what I am paying?

It is important that purchasers understand what it is they are buying and whether there may be any additional factors and costs they need to take into account.  The small cost of a survey can save considerable money in the longer term.
