You can earn up to £200 + VAT per case completion for sale, purchase, buy to let and non-fees-free remortgage work.  This can be taken as income for your business or passed on to your customers in the form of a discounted conveyancing fee.

Crucially, if the customer is buying and selling, this counts as two cases, which means earnings of up to £400 + VAT.

Flexibility to meet your customers' needs

We have an extensive national network of law firms, enabling us to offer both a local and a direct service.  We will work with you to build a suitable panel.

The local service provides access to high street firms that are well-regarded in their local community, and working to LMS service standards at prices that reflect their local market. One benefit of the local service is that customers can meet with the law firm face-to-face if they wish.

The direct service provides access to selected firms able to deliver LMS service standards at a competitive price, using highly efficient technology.  Communication is by email, post, phone and fax.
