Today, we manage some 300,000 transactions a year, helping lenders, packagers, clubs, networks, brokers and estate agents to enable loans of more than £26 billion for homeowners across the UK.

We were one of the first to understand the power of the internet, developing online ordering, management, tracking and quality controls. And our expertise in technology has enabled us to innovate right across the property services sector.

For example, we have re-invented the remortgage process - stripping out costs and automating systems to deliver a faster and more effective system for our clients and their customers. We have refined the conveyancing process to promote confidence and value for money alongside excellent referral commissions. And we have revolutionised the valuation process, replacing murky reciprocal agreements with transparent systems, to the benefit of all parties.
